The green line represents showing traffic for 2022. How many buyers are out looking for homes? Competition is cooling but buyer traffic is still well above previous years. Will this level out home prices?
April started out with a dip in showing traffic mirroring 2020, dropping we’ll below 2021’s peak numbers but staying well above previous years. Listing agents are starting to notice some of the slow down, but hope that the second quarter will continue to stay on par with last year.
